On the morning of October 24th, Dr. Wu Hui and his delegation from the China Center of Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin, Germany, visited Pujiang Institute and had a meeting with Vice President Jochen Amhren and Liu Bin, Deputy Director of the International Affairs Office.

Vice President Jochen Amhren extended a warm welcome to Dr. Wu Hui and his delegation, and then illustrated the conception of practice-oriented education and its achievements of our university. The delegation visited various facilities, including the training center of the School of International Hospitality and Dietary Culture, the Network Security Laboratory of the School of Computer and Communication Engineering, and the training center of the School of Automotive Engineering. Additionally, Vice President Jochen Amhren highlighted our university’s current international collaborative programs, international summer school projects, partnerships with foreign institutions, and the “3+2” undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Dr. Wu Hui expressed great appreciation on our internationlization and complimented our university as a true practitioner of the German dual system concept among the undergraduate institutions he has encountered. Subsequently, Dr. Wu Hui introduced the educational uniqueness of Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin and its technology transfer laboratories. Both parties reached preliminary agreements on cooperation in the “4+0” undergraduate program, the accelerated master’s, and collaboration on student internships and employment in German enterprises. They also explored possibilities for the construction of a new master's program involving three universities from China, Thailand, and Germany.
